Discovery Call

We start with a free, no-pressure conversation. You share where you are, I share how I work, and together we decide if this is the right fit.

Your Roadmap

You will decide what we need to work on. You call the shots. I will create a plan of attack based on what you say you want. You have complete agency over the process and how we move forward. Coaching is all about you and your needs.

Weekly Sessions

We meet weekly for deep, focused 1-on-1 coaching. Each session builds on the last, moving you steadily from survival to strength.

Ongoing Support

Between sessions, you have access to me via messaging. You are never alone in this...support is always within reach.

Do I have to have decided whether to stay or leave?

Absolutely not! We will focus on your healing, your clarity, your powers...not about the relationship outcome.

What if I'm not ready to talk about everything yet?

We go at your pace. Always. There is no pressure to share more than you're ready to share. Healing is not a race, and I will never push you faster than feels safe.

How long does coaching typically last?

Most clients work with me for 3–6 months, though some continue longer. We assess together as we go...there's no rigid timeline.

Is this therapy?

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. If you are also working with a therapist, coaching can be a powerful complement. If you need a therapist referral, I'm happy to help.
